1. Contest is open to children 0-18 years of age. Both boys and girls allowed.
2. Parent or Legal Guardian must be the person submitting the contestant.
3. Judging will be conducted fairly by a panel of qualified judges with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. Four judges will be used and the lowest score will be dropped.
4. Judge's decisions are final. All Judges are from the 'outside world' and will remain annonymous.
5. Contestants posted within 48 hours of deadline. Winners will be announced within five (5) days of contestants being posted.
6. No bashing of any kind will be tolerated!
7. Total prize money is dependent on number of entries. We must have 10 paid entries in both glitz and natural to award all prize money. Otherwise, prize money will be prorated.
8. Winners have to sit out one month, and upon re-entering, may not enter winning photo.
9. All ties broken by facial beauty.
10. No refunds unless director cancels contest.
11. Pictures can not be changed out once entered.
12. One Glitz winner will be awarded $100, and one Natural winner will be awarded $100. One person can win both titles.
13. Contest Director reserves the right to extend deadline if sufficient entries are not received.
14. Exquisite Beauties accepts no responsibility of stolen photos, copyrighted photos, etc. By entering, the participant agrees that they have full ownership of photo.
15. By entering the contest, the parent/guardian/contestant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the rules.
